IOM Our Team

Norm Kanar is the Institute of Materials’ (IOM) Marketing & Sales Manager. He joined IOM in August of 2016 and also serves as the Marketing & Sales Manager for Savant Labs since April of 2013. He brings over 17 years of experience in manufacturing, process technology management, economic evaluation, and marketing having worked at Dow Corning Corporation. Norm excels in business strategy analysis and enthusiastic about assisting corporations and companies, large and small, in making decisions from assessing oil quality in the marketplace to discovering trends in technology.

Cindy Esler is the Institute of Materials’ (IOM) Senior Communications Specialist. Cindy joined Savant Labs in July of 2013 in a customer service role serving our global customer base. In September of 2019, she assumed the communications role for IOM, Savant Labs as well as Savant Group. She previously worked in Marketing Communications at Dow Corning. She brings 17 years of experience and knowledge to the Savant Group marketing team.

Operations

Karrie Gordon is the Institute of Materials’ (IOM) Customer Experience Supervisor. She is responsible for handling the collection of custom requests for lubricant oils, fluids, greases and more from our global customer base.
