Single User License 1) Allows the Subscriber the right to view, browse, search, display, retrieve, and print limited hard copies of the Product(s). 2) An additional Multi-User License must be purchased for each additional user of our Product(s). B. Prohibited Uses 1) IOM Products--reports, papers, and data, etc.--may not be made available electronically to anyone other than the Subscriber. This means our Products may NOT be loaded onto a computer network, made accessible by Internet link, through Subscriber’s computer terminal, nor emailed, or made accessible by any other similar means. 2) Printed copies of IOM products may NOT be duplicated in any way without the purchase of additional Multi-user Licenses. C. Referencing IOM Data 1) The Institute of Materials must be identified as the source of information in presentations or publication materials which use IOM data as the sole source of data. a. Reference Example: Source: IOM Database / Institute of Materials, Inc., Midland, MI / www.InstituteofMaterials.com 2) IOM must NOT be identified as the source of information in presentations or publication materials which use IOM data in conjunction with other data which is not of IOM origin when IOM data cannot be delineated from non-IOM data.
