IOM Data User Agreement
Limited License
As a Subscriber, you are purchasing a nonexclusive, non-transferable, limited license to review and use for research purposes IOM information. You do not have any ownership interest in any IOM Products. All rights and ownership to electronic files and hard copy versions of IOM Products--reports, papers, and data, etc.--shall at all times belong to the Institute of Materials, Inc.
A. Single User License allows the Subscriber the right to view, browse, search, display, retrieve, and print limited hard copies of the Product(s).
B. A Multi-user License must be purchased for each additional user of our Product(s). Each additional user license fee is equal to 25% of the single user license fee.
C. Prohibited Uses
1) IOM Products--reports, papers, and data, etc.--may not be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed, whether electronically or otherwise, to anyone other than the Subscriber. This means our Products may NOT be loaded onto a computer network, made accessible by Internet link, through Subscriber’s computer terminal, nor emailed, or made accessible by any other similar means.
2) Printed copies of IOM products may NOT be duplicated in any way without the purchase of additional Multi-user Licenses.

All products, reports, papers, data and other materials produced and published by IOM (collectively, “Products”) are and shall at all times remain the intellectual property of the Institute of Materials, Inc., and are protected by United States and International copyright law. Copyright is held by the Institute of Materials, Inc., 4800 James Savage Rd., Midland, MI 48642 USA; all rights reserved. You may not remove copyright notices from any Products.
